Bound States Revealed in a Heterostructure with Time-Periodic Potential

In the present work we study the resonances of a one-dimensional potential barrier driven by an external periodic force considering the position-dependent-effective-mass PDEM formalism. We used the Floquet scattering matrix (S-matrix), to find the quasibound states of the heterostructure system.
