Set Top Adapter Considerations for Teletext

As soon as broadcast standards are adopted for TELETEXT in the United States, the need for set top adapters will be an immediate reality. Long des ign time cycles in the television manufacturing industry coupled with the long life of modern solid state receivers will spur the consumer demand for TELETEXT set top adapters for use with any color television receiver. This paper discusses design considerations for such set top adapters.
