Fundamental properties of linear control systems with after-effect: The continuous case

The properties of controllability and output controllability for continuous linear time-vary ing systems with multiple time-lag are investigated. The obtained results are then used to formulate local parametrical identifiability of such systems using the Hahn-Banach theorem.
