Matrix fraction solution to the stochastic LQ disturbance rejection and servo problems

A novel matrix fraction solution to the MIMO LQ stochastic disturbance rejection and servo problems is presented. Unlike previous relevant contributions, all restricted to the SISO case, knowledge of the reference stochastic model is not required. One advantage is that the solution is in a form that can be easily used in program control and translated into adaptive control algorithms.
