Further studies on algebraic characterization of fixed modes

By means of a new criterion for fixed modes in decentralized control with arbitrarily constrained feedback structure K, the authors found that if the block-diagonal matrix K was looked as a special case of arbitrary constrained structures then the characterization of fixed modes would be more clear and the proof of Anderson's criterion [1] might be simplified greatly.
