New passive RLC networks realizability conditions and their application to the absolute stability problem

In this paper, realizability of a class of impedamce functions by an RLC mixed Foster's network are established, based on a special state space description. Further, these and other passive network realizability conditions are shown to be applicable to the analysis and synthesis problem of lur'e type systems.
