22 GHz Band Low Noise Down Converter for Satellite Broadcasting

This paper presents the theoretical analysis and the experimental results for the conversion loss and the noise figure of a 22 GHz band low noise down converter made by a planar circuit mounted in a waveguide and a beam-lead Schottky-barrier mixer diode.
