Low-Complexity, Efficient 9/7 Wavelet Filters VLSI Implementation

This brief proposes a novel low-complexity, efficient 9/7 wavelet filters VLSI architecture for image compression applications. The performance of a hardware implementation of the 9/7 filter bank depends on the accuracy of coefficients representation.
