A elementary multimedia education networking suitable for developing countries

A multimedia network has been designed for primary education. Because of the low cost and good performance, it is suitable for primary education in developing countries. The paper also discusses multimedia tutoring in general and uses Chinese character tutoring as a demonstration example.<>
