A MMIC broadband active quadrature phase shifter for mobile communications

The design and measured performance of a 90/spl deg/ phase shifter GaAs IC is presented. It is based on a second-order RC active all-pass network which has no losses. The phase shift and amplitude errors are 2.5/spl deg/ and 0.5 dB over more than two octave bandwidth (0.6-3.5 GHz).<>
