Neural net approach for passive RLCT network synthesis

Neural network for passive RLCT synthesis has been proposed. The algorithm is an alternative to the state-space synthesis from the transfer function matrices. Single layer neural net and HROM (heuristic random optimization) algorithm have been used.<>
