An active-vision system for recognition of pre-marked objects in robotic assembly workcells

A new 3-D object recognition method for robotic assembly workcells is presented. The proposed method is focused on two basic concepts, i.e., active vision and object preconditioning. The main aspects of the proposed system are presented.<>
