Robust performance control and analysis of ill-conditioned plants

Ill-conditioned plants with delays are generally difficult to control. Motivated by the work of Skogestad, Morari, and Doyle (1988), this paper deeply investigates the robust control of ill-conditioned plants, and provides some new results.<>
