ISTOK achievements in solid-state microwave devices

Summary form only given. The Russian research and production company ISTOK has developed and produced a number of solid-state microwave devices for a variety of applications. The chief design characteristics and performance of a number of these devices are briefly reviewed. Devices discussed include varactor-tuned IMPATT oscillators, low-noise dielectric resonator oscillators, and broadband transistor oscillators.<>
