An enhanced electronic mail system

It is demonstrated that the addition of media crossover, media conversion, mail directory, and Japanese natural language processing functions to existing mail systems increases their usefulness for Japanese users. The development of a handy terminal makes it possible for users to access mail systems while en route from one location to another. Problems which are common to existing commercial mail systems are solved by this enhanced electronic mail system.<>
