Sophisticated interface for measures on alternative motors connectable to a microcomputer

The authors describe the realization of an instrumentation interface which can measure all electromechanical variables, such as current and voltage (instantaneous, average, fundamental, etc.), cos phi , and speed, on any alternative motor (synchronous or asynchronous). It can be used manually or controlled by a microcomputer and, in the latter case, the software can deduce other electromechanical variables such as power or mechanical couple.<>
