Lipschitz continuity of inner-outer factorization

Conditions are provided under which inner and outer factors of an H/sup infinity / function (on the unit disk) can be found which depend in a Lipschitz-continuously way on data. A counterexample is first presented to show a situation of discontinuity in inner-outer factorization.<>
