Fabrication considerations for a coupled-triple resonator crystal

A method for fabricating a coupled-triple resonator crystal is presented. The three resonators are electrically displayed via a lead frame and substrate to be able to monitor their frequencies throughout the fabrication process as well as the coupling between resonators. A specific filter design is presented.<>
