A new generation of class AB switched-current memory for analogue sampled-data applications

A new generation of class AB switched-current memory cell for analog sampled-data applications is introduced. Simulation results confirm the cell to have an order of magnitude better power efficiency than the conventional class A memory cell operating under similar conditions. Application of the new cell in a switched-current integrator is demonstrated.<>
