140-Mbit-s HD-MAC codec

Describes a digital transmission system for the various baseband time multiplex MAC signals which are in use in Europe. The capability to use input signals in analogue or digital format and additional 2 Mbit/s and 64 bit/s data channels makes the system suitable for a wide range of applications. Prototypes of the system have been tested under real conditions and good results have been obtained.<>
