Investigation of Surface Passivation of HgCdTe MWIR Photodiode Arrays via a Flood Illumination Technique

Surface preparation is critical in the passivation of HgCdTe photovoltaic devices, as poor surface quality can create a fixed surface charge, and fixed, fast and slow interface traps.
