Computational and experimental analysis of THz double negative metamaterials

Several double negative (DNG) metamaterial (MTM) designs in the terahertz (THz) frequency regime are developed using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. Materials fabricated using one of the models exhibit a DNG pass band at THz frequencies, and the observed pass band characteristics are in good agreement with the model results.
