Exploiting Concept Mapping in a Semantic Web Environment

Ontologies provide a formal representation of a conceptualization of a specific domain. This paper proposes an easy and natural way to create ontologies through concept mapping. We also present the well-grounded theoretical framework, which supports concept mapping as a valuable educational activity and as a navigational tool.
