Active ∇-to-Y transformation

The method of transformation from an active V network to an active Y network is presented. The introduction of this transformation proves to be effective in simplifying the solution of certain types of circuit problems. By means of Thévenin's and Norton's theorems, a set of simple and neat transformation equations may be derived. An illustrative example is also given.
