Improving single opamp oscillators

The frequency limitations associated with single-op amp-based oscillators are analysed. It is shown how they can be improved, extending their range of operation and reducing the harmonic distortion without introducing either active or passive additional elements. Experimental results are given showing a close agreement with theoretical predictions.<>
