A linearization technique of mobile station transmitter power amplifiers for spectrum effective modulations

In this report a technique of linearization of characteristics of power amplifiers of mobile station transmitters using quadrature feedback is considered. The causes of raised requirements to the modern transmitters using spectrum effective modulations are stated. The results of the implementation of the quadrature feedback in tract of the carrier frequency forming in power amplifier are given. The aim of this paper is to investigate and improve the efficiency of transmitter and to decrease the frequency band of transmitted signal.
