Computer aided quality control system for manufacturing process

The evolution of computer aided quality control (CAQC) system was discussed, and an integrated model of CAQC system was provided, which includes functional integration, process integration, and the integration with other subsystems of CIMS. The main responsibilities of quality control for manufacturing process were also discussed. Furthermore, a functional model of CAQC system for manufacturing processes was constructed, and a prototype of system was developed. This system is now running in a manufacturing enterprise of subminiature bearing and achieves good results.
