Full redundant programmable linear Hall sensor

Many automotive applications, e.g. drive-by-wire, request accurate, reliable, safe, versatile and cost-effective position sensors. In combination with an adequate magnetic circuit, the presented programmable linear Hall sensor provides all those features. It allows a reliable sensing of the position through a contactless measurement and an implementation of redundancy improving the safety aspect of the application.
