Novel wavelength-selective tunable MOEMS devices based on a phase-matching pseudoresonance-enhanced design

The active layer is put out of the resonant cavity and placed on the top. Selectivity is maintained by introduction of a bottom mirror into the structure with which a phase-matching condition is established.
