Mesh deformation techniques for geometrical optimization of microwave devices

Mesh deformation techniques are addressed which could be utilized for time efficiency of iterative optimization techniques. Spring analogy, Harmonic equation and solid-body elasticity approaches are introduced as three alternative methods for the mesh deformation problem.
