Measurement of space charge electric field in high polymer insulation composite materials under a needle-plane electrode system

In this paper, TSC measurement has been employed to study space charge formation in polymer composite materials that are placed under a needle-plane electrode system. For two kinds of composite materials are Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ and MgO. Paying attention to the difference in their crystal structure, we measured the space charge formed in these materials.
