A new cipher quasi-chaotic frequency hopping sequence for FH/CDMA communications

Security problems associated with general chaotic frequency hopping sequences and chaotic code scrambled by an m sequence is reviewed briefly. A high performance chaotic frequency hopping sequence, called CQC sequence, generated by combining the clock control stream cipher technique and chaotic dynamics, is proposed. Performance analysis and application in the FH communication system of the CQC sequence are given. The CQC sequence cannot be captured by recently reported phase space reconstruction algorithms and the ability of anti-decryption is shown.
