The application of a systolic least squares processing array to adaptive beamforming

By considering adaptive antenna processing as a least-squares problem, it will be shown how a triangular systolic array may be used to perform the recursive least-squares minimization with the required antenna residual being obtained at each stage without deriving an explicit solution for the corresponding weight vector.
