ISDN in Pacific Bell

Pacific Bell's strategic imperatives for the integrated services digital network (ISDN), including various aspects of pricing and deployment relative to known demand, Pacific Bell's center integrated systems tariff, and Pacific Bell's strategies for widespread deployment of ISDN, are discussed. It is concluded that to successfully develop and deploy ISDN service providers must always remain cognizant of such factors as price/cost, the ability to network, and the ability to interwork ISDN to non-ISDN devices and services.<>
