Electric power fossil plant start-up combining predictive control and Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy modelling

This paper presents the application of a control structure, which combines a general predictive control and Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models, to the start-up operation of an electric power fossil plant. Applicability of the proposed approach is tested via simulations.
