Computer-aided design of a temperature insensitive integrated bandpass amplifier

A monolithic, temperature-insensitive, high-frequency bandpass amplifier has been designed by computer-aided simulation and optimization. The circuit features independent control of Q (50) and center frequency (1 MHz) over a 100°C temperature range.
