The impedance of a monopole antenna fed through a ground plane by a coaxial line

The authors present a full-wave modal solution to the problem of a monopole antenna fed through a ground plane by a coaxial line. The approach used is the conservation of complex power technique (CCPT). The problem is formulated, and the numerical results obtained are discussed.<>
