Temperature Insensitive Dual-Mode Phase Shifter

This paper describes the temperature insensitive dual-mode phase shifter which has been developed in Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. The phase deviation is less than 18° over temperature range -30°C ~ +90°C. This is about one-third of the conventional one.
