Evaluation of the Integrals Occurring in the Study of Circular Microstrip Disk

We have derived rigorous series expressions for the integrals which appear in the study of a circular microstrip disk separated from the grounded dielectric substrate when the problem is formulated by the method of dual integral equation or using Kobayashi potentials. The validity of the approximate expression of the integrals for small separation is verified numerically.
