The Role Of Corporate Ethics And CSR In Driving Organizational Success In The Financial Sector

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)as well ascorporate ethics has become integral components in driving organizational success, particularly in the financial sector. Despite widespread implementation, many organizations in the financial sector have not experienced significant improvements in performance through CSR efforts, creating a gap in interpreting precise relationship between CSR, corporate ethics, and organizational success. Hence, investigation on the role of CSR and corporate ethics in driving organizational success in the financial sector is performed, focusing on financial institutions. The research involves a sample size of 150 participants of financial institutions, involving customers, bank management and bank employees. A mixed-method approach is employed, with data collected from questionnaires administered to participants. The research also employed statistical analysis, including Pearson Correlation analysis, to assess the correlation among CSR, corporate ethics, and organizational success. The findings exhibited a positive correlation between ethical conduct of financial institutions along with their CSR initiatives, with a significant impact on organizational success. The research highlights the importance of aligning CSR efforts with ethical standards and government policies to improve both the internal culture and external perception of financial institutions.
