Secure Transmission Of Medical Images: Research On New Optimization Strategy For Encryption Process

In the framework of safe medical image transmission, secure encryption is crucial for safeguarding the personal information. This paper proposes a unique optimization approach that improves the encryption process by combining Owl Search Algorithm with Advanced Encryption Standard (OSA-AES) cryptography. The proposed method makes use of OSA combined with AES, which has been demonstrated to be reliable for encrypting medical images, to improve the key generation process, enhancing accuracy and efficiency further. OSA is used to adjust the encryption parameters and the technique ensures that the encrypted images are safely transferred over networks while maintaining their excellent quality. OSA optimization speeds up the encryption process but also increases PSNR, a metric that indicates better image quality after encryption. This method represents a significant advancement.
