Complex Parametrization of Geometric Models of Microelectronic Objects

For three-dimensional microelectronic objects and hierarchical systems of different levels of complexity, the technology of automated design of a wide range of options for the implementation of their two-dimensional geometric models (their topological drawings) is proposed. This ensured by original methods and means of parameterization of the description of geometric models at all levels of their design. Technological and electrical parameterization ensured by an automated system for compression of geometric models of microelectronic objects. Circuit and topological parameterization - by a system for generating geometric models according to a diagram, based on placement and routing algorithms. Structural parameterization - by means of structural clustering of geometric models of hierarchical objects and by means of controlled hierarchical compaction of geometric models of objects.
