Fuzzy Logic-Based Control Strategy for Five-Phase asynchronous Machines

The objective of the work is the optimal control for the variable speed drive of a five-phase asynchronous machine. After a thorough study and detailed modeling, attention is paid to adjusting the speed first, by vector control, with the classic PI (Proportionnel-Intégral) regulator and then by FLR fuzzy logic regulators. The simulation results highlight a significant improvement in terms of accuracy, robustness and responsiveness of the control system, compared to conventional methods. This approach offers better dynamic performance and greater adaptability to changes in operating conditions. The tests carried out also show better resistance to external disturbances and parametric variations, thus ensuring a more stable and efficient control.
