UAV Sensing and Communication Integration Based on Fractional-Order Fourier Transform

As an important innovative technology of $5 \mathrm{G}-\mathrm{A} / 6 \mathrm{G}$, sensing and communication integration can enable UAV to communicate and have sensing capability at the same time, which has a great application prospect in low-altitude economy and other fields. In this paper, the integration of sensing and communication is realized based on fractional order Fourier transform (FRFT). The focusing characteristics of LFM signal in the fractional order Fourier domain are combined with the golden section method and Brent method to estimate the parameters of LFM signal, and the integration of sensing and communication is realized through the design of LFM chirp rate. Simulation results show that the Brent method improves the parameter search efficiency by about 30% compared with the golden section method, and the BER of the integrated LFM signal is up to $10^{-4}$ at 3 dB SNR.
