Research on Multi-Level Coordinated Operation Capability Testing Technology of Virtual Power Plant based on Refined Index

With the help of advanced control technology, virtual power plant can efficiently integrate scattered distributed resources and break through regional constraints, so as to create conditions for improving the overall power generation efficiency of distributed energy. This study focuses on the fit between virtual power plant and multi-agent structure, and constructs a virtual power plant control system based on multi-agent system. Considering that the virtual power plant has the dual properties of load and power supply, this paper sets its payment function as the electricity seller and the electricity buyer respectively. On this basis, aiming at the situation of multiple virtual power plants participating in the electricity market, a bi-level coordination mechanism is proposed, and a bi-level optimization model of multiple virtual power plants is established accordingly. In order to reduce the impact of forecast uncertainty, this paper constructs a multi-time scale optimization model based on chance constrained programming. Through the two-level coordination and interaction between multiple virtual power plants and the multi-scale rolling optimization strategy, the goal of maximizing revenue and balancing power supply and demand in the region is achieved, which aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the stable and reliable operation of energy Internet.
