UWB Radar Vital Sign Detection Based on Motion Human Displacement Recognition

In recent years, despite the continuous progress of vital sign detection technology, most studies require subjects to stay still, while in daily life, subjects are usually in a state of motion. In order to solve the problem of vital signs detection of subjects undergoing large scale exercise, this paper proposes a method of vital signs detection based on displacement recognition of moving human body. This method converts the radar echo signal into digital image, extracts the distance change track of human movement through image processing, further filters the distance gate, and fits the accurate chest displacement curve, decomposes the curve to obtain the respiratory signal. The experimental results show that this method can effectively detect the respiratory rate of exercise subjects.
