A Comparator Design with Unilateral and Bilateral Hysteresis Control

In order to improve the noise immunity of the comparator and the output oscillation problem. Based on the $0.11 \mu \mathrm{~m}$ CMOS process, a comparator with unilateral and doublesided hysteresis control is proposed. The comparator supports positive/negative/bilateral hysteresis, and the hysteresis direction and hysteresis voltage can be controlled by configuring an external signal. In addition, the comparator supports enable control and offset voltage trimming. The simulation results show that the hysteresis comparator has a gain of 100 db and a bandwidth of 150 MHZ.
