Pole Placement (PP) Based Zhang-Dynamics (ZD) Controller Design Together with Simulative Verifications for Time-Invariant Linear System (TILS) Output Tracking

A special class of neural dynamics called Zhang dynamics (ZD) has been proposed and applied for solving various challenging time-varying problems in recent years. In this paper, we investigate the output tracking problem of time-invariant linear system (TILS). By combining ZD method and pole placement (PP), a novel PP-based ZD controller is designed to solve the problem as a case study. The results of simulative experiments further illustrate the effectiveness of the PP-based ZD controller. To deal with the numerical experiments, we make use of ordinary differential equation (ODE) solvers for the computer simulation.
