Clustered Robot Cooperative Measurement Digital Twin System for Aircraft Manufacturing

Driven by Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing, digital twin technology is gradually becoming a key means to achieve smart factories and automated systems. As a system where multiple robots work collaboratively, swarm robotics is widely applied in various fields such as manufacturing and logistics due to its efficiency and flexibility. However, as the complexity of swarm robotics systems increases, the need for monitoring, optimization, and fault prediction becomes increasingly prominent. This paper proposes a swarm robotics digital twin system based on Visual Components, aiming to enhance the intelligence level and operational efficiency of the system through the deep integration of virtual and physical systems. While developing the system with VC software, the researchers gained a deep understanding of the role of Visual Components in digital twin technology, and the pros and cons of VC were summarized, laying the foundation for the development of subsequent digital twin systems.
