Fuzzy Flux Weakening Control of Dual Three-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator Based on Voltage Feedback

This paper proposes a novel fuzzy flux weakening control method based on voltage feedback method to address the problem of difficulty in achieving stable output DC voltage at high speed for dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG). Firstly, for the asymmetric dual three-phase surface mounted PMSG with neutral point isolation, a mathematical model of dual three-phase PMSG is built according to vector space decoupling coordinate transformation. Secondly, by analyzing the basic principles of PMSG flux weakening operation, stator current vector trajectory planning is carried out. By designing a dual current control strategy and decoupling method, a voltage feedback flux weakening voltage regulator controller is obtained, and combined with fuzzy rules, intelligent parameter tuning of the controller is achieved. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve high-speed operation and stable output of high-voltage direct current in the dual three-phase PMSG when the rectifier capacity limit is reached.
